man 20% all around is hard enuf for me too see at night..5%??? oiy..

My mom just got a ticket for my 5% tint all around too. I have to go to chp on monday. Would it be legal if i just take off the front windows and leave the back windows 5% or if the back windows is 5% is that still illegal
