Notice how everyone tries to lift their Celica-egos by saying that tC can't touch the GTS?? No one would dare say the same about the Turbocharged tC. Just an oberservation.
Its not an ego thing. I just know what I like. I've wanted a Celica for quite a few years. I like cars with great handling, Performance and (believe it or not) fuel economy. The Celica has all that, and great style. The TC has only ONE of those things, Performance (well, maybe its got a little style too). Compared to a Celica, supercharged or not, it severely disappoints.
