And yeah, can one find out when the car was made by running the VIN number? Carfax shows when the car was first serviced but did not give me the date of when it was manufactured. This is what I get Not Reported - Vehicle manufactured and shipped to original dealer 07/21/2000 - 4 - Service Facility - Vehicle serviced Doesn't this mean the car was made before Aug. of 2000 since they shipped the car by Aug. already. I've mastered the art of the After Image Technique.

My dealership said they as of now have no recall for any Celicas. The only recalls they have is on the Avalon years 97, man. 97-98, or something Avalon. This includes the brakes and brake booster/hose or something like that. The manger told me to bring my car in for a VIN check for recalls which I will do shortly.
