Has anyone ever tried that tornado fuel saver. I talked to the guy at pep-boys and he told me it worked, but just to make sure i went to my toyota dealer and they said the same thing, anyone have any feedback, they say it save fuel up to 28% and add up to 13hp.
it works. The HP gaine varies on the car, the gains tend to get higher on larger engines v6,v8 etc. So dont expect to notice much, but its definitly good for your car and it does save ALOT of gas. Ive done a little research on it myself. Check it out and get back to us. Its not some BS supercharger wanna b product like you see on ebay for 40 bucks. It does exactly what it says. With a celica, im guessing 3-4 hp gain(the most). But i repeat, it will DEFINTLY save fuel. So good luck and dont forget to post some updates if you do eventually get this.
to those of you that say it works... explain something to me...
the whole 'genious' behind the tornado is that it spins the air going into the intake manifould...
but here's where the problem is... our throttle plate is flat, and when you floor it or drive normally, its gonna stop the spinning air from spinning... the spinning air caused by the tornado is going to be hitting a wall basically...

I like how on the infomercial they show that god damn tornado in the 2 2-Liter bottles. How the fuck is that supposed to explain anything? They didn't even use that Tornado thing to make the tornado.
I can't people actually believe this stuff.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force...number one in the hood, G
in the shop shop near my place called hottint is gonna put on of those in my cold air intake they said could make really good gains, ford escort dynoed 20whp at 45 with cold air and tornado.
nonetheless I'll take it as a compliment that they chose a Celica as the import. "Hey those Celica owners must know what they are doing, not like all those Honda ricers."
