ummm... well in some states/provinces, you are ALLOWED to turn right on red...
GAR! It was LEFT on red. ON A TWO LANE ROAD! I should have taken the picture better... My point is, that turning left on red is retarded. It is Illegal everywhere! Unless it is on a One Way Road.
