NO TURN ON RED... we have lots of those in Diamond Bar. A lot of times they post it when there are long streets that have speed limits of 50 and lots of hills. Like where my friend lives you don't want to make a turn on a red light because the people perpendicular are going high speeds and sometimes you can't see them because the of the hills. I've seen lots of accidents happen from people turning on "no turn on red" streets.

in HI it says no right or left turn, depending on which way the turn is. or it was no right turn on red except right lane after stop, for turns with 2 lanes.
