Found out what the problem was. Evidentally when I put the circuit board back in place and put the black cover over it, I broke the circuit board or at least the contacts for the lights since the two buttons for the rear-defogger and A/C still work. Dealership has the new circuit board on order. $75 !!! Damn tiny circuit boards are not cheap. Argh!
