I would definately go with number 1. As for size I think 18's are the way to go. I just bought a set of 18" REV Model VII's. After a lot of thinking, I decided to go with the black/chrome lip. If your into racing, just keep a pair of 16" to put on the front. Good luck in your shopping!

i disagree... see all those screws (billets?) in number 1 or whatever you call them... THOSE are hard to clean... and there's a ton of them... i think number 4 would be easier to clean than 1... go with 4...

oh yeah... and go with 18's... i got 17's and there's just waaay too much wheel gap... i wish i would've gotten 18's...

go 3! all of em are awsome, but 1s would look better on a white celica, and since yours is cb or black, go with the white rims, #3. look tight. and for tires, go as big as possible
