i got a greeaaat story for ya. last night, i was goin out to my car to go pick up my gurl, and i see smoke comin outta the engine. now at first i figured maybe it was overheating, but i hadnt pushed it hard at all that day, so i was poppin the hood to see what the deal was, then fire starts shootin outta the hood scoop. i ran in the house and was screamin about my car bein on fire, but everyone thought i was full of shit so no one helped. i poured some water on it, but that only made it worse, so i figured fuck it, its gone. fire went thru the fuel lines and got in the oil, then bam... fuckin blew to hell. fire went right thru the firewall and mest up most of the shit on the inside. ill try to get some pics in the next couple days n post em. were not sure how the fire started, but they think it was the electrical system so now i gotta call the insurance and make sure they got it filed and everything, because i havnt even had the car a month and they were still tryin to process it, so i gotta hope to god they did. HOPE EVERYONE ELSES CARS DO BETTER!!

as long as you called them and reported everything you had on your car started your policy you're good. sucks to hear about that though, maybe you can find another quick and start moding again.

yea i hope so, i had some good memories goin in that thing haha. but yea i really hope i can find another one if i dont get fuct on the insurance. i told em tuesday to start it so it should be good i hope to GOD!

its cool everyone, god hates me haha... yea the fire got into the gas lines and it didnt like EXPLODE but it blew the hood off, hood looked like a fuckin taco shell. hopefully my next celica wont have that kinda luck

don't buy a 2000 gts. buy an '03 or later model if you plan on getting a gts.
