any obstruction, no matter how small (even a straight fin) is still considerred to be an obstruction. that was paul's original point.

the bluebomber mod is useful because even with the slight obstruction, you'll ge the correct readings which in turn will you give you more power than without it.

if you do not need the bluebomber mod, then obviously you wouldn't do it.

This Tornado thing looks like it would offer allot more obstruction to air flow
than the stock air box fins. Because the Tornado thingy's fins are at an angle and present more surface area to the air flow.

Like if you where standing outside on a windy day holding a piece of plywood or a trash can lid, if you hold it edge wise into the wind then the wind dose not have allot of surface area to push against, but if you turn it sideways then you will really start to feel the wind push on it because more surface area is presented to the wind to push on.

^^ definately. i in no way meant to imply that tornado has less obsruction than air fins. my point was only to say that fins are still, technically, an obsruction thumbsup
