got my stuff dyed...but it's a darker red cause the guy couldn't get it brighter...but he is going out to find a really bright red to go over everything...it's going to look sick when it's brighter than it is...

number 2: the hood spoilers are shit...they don't fit flush with the hood at all
so idk what to do with them

number 3: I changed the LCD to red and the interior lighting to red...and holy fuck it's awesome in person.

and the stereo is still orange...I am getting an Alpine with red lighting so I don't care about the stock...
and I couldn't change the clock color...

sorry about the blurry pics...you have to have a tripod or something to hold it when it's this kind of shot.

How did it go with the LED's? Can you post pictures of the Hood Spoilers? What did you use to dye the steering wheel and was it easy?

Oh by the way, car is looking better and better every day. thumbsup

doin the LED's was easy dude thanks!

the hood spoilers are not on...
they didn't fit right...didn't fit flush with the hood at all...so idk what I am going to do...

I did not dye the steering wheel or door inserts...a auto restoration service guy does this stuff and did it for me...idk what he used...
he is finding something really bright because for some reason his products didn't come out bright...so right now they are a dark red.

How much did he charge you? Make sure you post day pictures because I can't really make out the color.

The only thing I can suggest in regard to the Hood Spoilers is either buy the real TRD Hood Spoilers from TRDandJDM or take them to an auto body shop and have them mess around with them. However, this might cost you a buck or two.

Also, I'm going to try to put on my hood spoiler that I purchased from the Ecelica store this weekend. If they fit as shitty as yours did, then we could ask TRDandJDM to sell us two pairs of the hood spoilers. Maybe the price would be cheaper for 2. happywink

I am with you on that hood spoiler thing...
lie those spoilers down on the hood first and tell me how well they flush with the hood...real TRD ones could contour to the hood perfectly...but mine are horrible...

he charged me 40 for those two seat emblems since they cost a lot and 35 dor dying...so I owe him 75...
but don't take that into consideration...
because we give him a lot of business between the two dealerships that he goes each once a week...so I don't have to pay as much as a real job would be..
plus I am the son of the owner's of each dealership so you know how it is... grin

but I will take some daytime tomorrow...
the red is really dark...you can see it...
but we are going to match it up to the interior pieces...
a really bright red.

is that red lighting coming from the dome light or what? ive been trying to figure out how to get red (or blue, my car is spectra blue) lighting in my car. i bought these type s led lights at my local auto store for 15 bucks and stuck them on my dash to light up the shifter. its pretty bright but there are wires in the way, i dont want wires in my car.

if it is in your dome light, what type of lightbulb did you use, how bright is it, etc...

also what i wanted to do was keep the dome light the way it was and then install red lights that would come on when the car is in gear. audi's and some vw's have this.
