Well looks like I might be able to do both...but I'm thinking still. Am def. going to lower it / rims first, then I'm going to work on performance smile

performance should always be first you dont wanna look fast then not be able to back it up, thas embarrassing

i would not go with the turbo. celicas are very high compression cars. you would have to spend a lot more money in turboing it. i would just go N/A. that is your best bet. you would have to do so much stuff to your engine internally that it wouldnt be worth it.

He is planning on turboing a GT which has lower compression that a GTS. People like aerospeed are running with 8+PSI and doing fine with a GT. Just get it tuned right.

i don't recomend getting 19's or big rims if your getting a turbo. Not sure on which size but the bigger the rim the more cyntriphical force with the compilation of gravity spread over a greater area there is making the car much less efficient at launching and kills your 0-60 time. in lamus terms it means the weight of a lightened rim won't counteract the size of the rim. Just research the rims before you buy them. Also, how much boost do you want to run? One last thing. If you got the money to do that you may wanna think about runnin a 1zz crank with the 2zz head and new pistons. Crazy horsepower and keeps the car in the NA class which in my eyes is more respect. Cause once you turbo that thing you can't race na anymore and then you compete with STI's... idk really depends on what you want to do with the mods or if its more for show
