can you still drive it if ur stock struts worn out? what is stiffest mean? it is good or bad

If you struts are worn out buy some new ones NOW. You can drive around town if you want but alignment and handeling will suffer. This leads to premature tire wear and could cause you an accitdent if your not careful. Stiff is good if you have springs with higher spring rates ( ie. hocticks, skunk2 or GC coilovers) and dont what to bounce around everywhere. This means that the shocks are able to compensate the springs higher rebound rate.
