I was wondering if anyone had one??? My friend put one on his mr2 tubro and there was a noticable difference in power. what do you all think?

What do you mean they dont work, jetchip says that they do? why wouldnt they work?

Reason? it is because our ECU is not reflashable, if they say they need to reprogram your ECU thats bunch of bull because the ECU will not allow that! They are pretty much putting their stickers on the ECU and sending it back with stock programming. Now if they are able to prove me wrong, I am willing to apologize but if you do research our ECU is the non reflashable (not reprogrammable) type.

I thought they put a new chip in. Replacing chips matters a lot. The chip controls the air-fuel ratio, the most important part of combustion.

don't forget timing I thought they put a new chip in. Replacing chips matters a lot. The chip controls the air-fuel ratio, the most important part of combustion.

how did you find this out??? its just a generally known fact about the celica. do a search, you will see. try looking for apexi power fc or jet chip or ecu.

the only thing in that sort of area that will work would be a standalone ecu...but it isn't out yet.

hey man!! its true our (celica) ecu cannot be re-programmed cause i asked TRD USA and that tech told me so but they are working on a chip that may one day work sort of like a plug and play..but untill then sorry bro
