about the celicas in the snow yes they suc but not if you get snow tires.
you shouldn't be even attempting to drive a celica ofr any car for that matter on a snow covered raod with performance tires on your car.

Not like Celis are fast anyways. Mmmm...auto...besides, my remote starter ownz j00. Why, you have an auto? Yes. You can't put a remote starter in a manual unless you don't mind your car driving away when you accidentally leave it in gear.

You can't put a remote starter in a manual unless you don't mind your car driving away when you accidentally leave it in gear. your car can't 'drive away' even if you did leave it in gear. because you can't idle in gear w/out the clutch pressed down...the worst that will happen is that the car (once started) will lurch a couple of inches forward before it stalls out. so unless you are parked extremley close to another object, you will be fine. that said, i think remote startes are illegal for manuals--but i think there might be one that only can be engaged when the handbrake is up...not sure if this is legal or not
