I read some posting regarding the sports m. Some info posted weren't accurate. My ride is the limited edition celica
TRD spec sports m (1200 units worldwide).
The sports M is basically an enhancement from the J-spec SS2 (GTS) super strut version. In Japan, 4 version of the celica were produced. SS1 (GT), SS2 (GTS), SS2 super strut and the
TRD sports m.
Main difference between SS2 and a super strut SS2 is a
1) sports metal pedal
2) Stiffer suspension/damper
3) LSD
4) bigger turning radius and heavier weight.

The sports M is build on top of the Super Strut
