What is the correct Engine Oil for my Celica 2005 vvti - 6 speed manual?

I have 300K miles with a 2002 GTS auto.

Have been switching back and forth between regular and synthetic oil a few times due to a minor oil leak. Never had a problem. I drive fast on long trips every week, 95- 100 MPH most of the time whenever traffic did not impede.

Leak was fixed. Now running full synthetic 5 - 30, car seems to run smoother.
