alot not only a ticket but you would also get cited for reckless driving and im sure that would be a lot of points on ur liscense and remedial driving school. Im surprised the cops didnt just arrest you on the spot and tow ur car.
Dont think that would help his record. But i have avoided a cop before i saw him clock me and quickly ducked into the next neighborhood and pulled into a random garage and turned my car off. but you cant really say he was after me if his lights werent on and he wasnt behind me.
well the damn pig said he had to do 75 to catch up to me... and did about 65 ot stay with me, .. and then he pulled me over.. he said "God damn, what the hell are you doin??" ...ahh going home officer.. "what the hell is the rush, damn it tell me right now!" ..ahh nothing really, just tryin to get home from work... "Shut up and give me your license, insurance, registration...hell i should take you in!!" ..
the whole time im like pretendin im scared n shit, fuckin sturddering.., then he goes back to his car.., about 5 mins later comes back, and im pretending to be praying, hoping so0 much that he might let me go with a warning, then he goes "u know, just this one time, imma cut you some slak, imma only write you up for doing 60mpg on a 30.." then all the sudden he gets all nice n shit, asking me where i work and other bull...

since youve had a crash already, and your insurance has gone up because of that and you just got this 60 in a 30 ticket i will garantee you that your insurer is going to kick you off their plan, and if you try and get insurance anywhere else it will be an INSANELY large amount each month. so what i would do if i were you is sell your car, and buy a motorcycle. with motorcycles (at least in my state) you dont need insurance, so you will be saving thousands of dollars a year, and when it rains, well too bad, just buy a full motorcycle suit. and then after 3 years when your tickets are off your record buy another car

That varries state to state... and if he does need insurance it is a bitch with some companies to have a young driver on a bike. Might be worth checking out tho.

But basically the same thing, all I have to do is serve 50 hours of community service and it's off my record.

damn thats a pretty bad situation. but you still have a chance. the only problem is the $. the good news is that he didnt take ur car at the instant. if you know, there are ppl that clear ur record by few bills. if you are worried thta ur license will be suspended, then you probably have to clear ur record, so ur record doesnt get suspended, and when you goto court for ur crazy speeding ticket, ull just get fined and not get ur license suspended. and after that ticket, you can clear ur record again. meaning no points and no extra charges on insurance
Maybe I'm getting old. I don't mean to be insensitive but I hope you'll stop driving that fast on the side streets. That's really fast. If you crashed...well let's not think about that.
