Well, it seems that my schedule to have my Celica all ready to go by the end of this year has been seriously altered. I am currently heading into my last quarter at Cal State LA and need only 1 more class to finally be done with ALL the MADNESS! Now, this may sound great. But, what U do not realize is that my last class is a 12 unit Student Teaching class. That means that I will be assigned to an elementary classroom to teach for 3 months without pay. Therefore, I have to take a leave of absense from my premament job that had been funding my "Project Celica" for the next 3 months, starting mid-March. Seeing as how I am not going to be working for the next 3 months (starting March), I only will only have the following income available to me: 1. Tax return- $1,500 (was to be used on rims), 2. Financial Aid- $?? (doesn't seem like much this next Qtr.), and 3. Bally's Paycheck- $400/mth. I know I can count on my folks for some $$, but I don't want to burden them with all my expenses ($400 car payment & $350 Car Ins.), since they just bought a new car. Well, my plans/schedule for rims, bodykit, GT Wing, and all the rest of the R now indefinatley on HOLD! I am going to have to come up with $800+/mth. for the next 3 months somehow! I just hope I can get back on schdule come mid June. Guess that's all. Thanks for reading.

Yeah, that does suck, but you gotta see the bigger pic. Anyway, you can continue modding the Celica when you're back on your feet. It's not what you got on the car, but how you drive it

Ya dude, i like your car. It's nice an Phat! You could take a break from modifying it and cruise around and enjoy it! Ultimately it's up to you.
Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

It's not what you got on the car, but how you drive it i like his post. it reminded me of ja rule's line in the fast and the furious "its not how you stand by your car, its how you race your car..."

I hear ya on that. I have a BAD and BIG traffic offense I'll be paying off for a while. I should have my kit on by now. At least we're not whoring ourselves out. Although... Nah. Just kidding.
