Don't wanna email, I'll just post here. Foot on clutch, go to first, rev high, then drop the clutch.

clutch rev till your bouncing off rev limiter , put in 1st let go of clutch pull up ebrake.

or if you have a rwd rev it up, drop the clutch then quickly press the brake with the left foot
