If i were to buy 17's or 18's, do i have to retune my speedmoter to match the right speed, or the odomoeter to match how many miles and revolutions the tire is actually doing, and who can do this too?

don't waste your time ... your speedo is not gonna be that off. Just stay around a stock overall diameter and you will be fine

i think someone here once told me that 17s with a 45 profile tire is the same diameter as the stock. someone correct me if i'm wrong. w/ 45 profile ur speedo should not be thrown off. slik

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

Chances are that if you do need to change your speedo the tire shop will do it for you. If not pretty much any garage or your dealership can do it.

your speedo is really only going to be off in speeds OVER 100mph.
however, the closer you get your oerall tire & wheel diameter to match the overall diameter of the stock wheel & tire the better.
bigger than stock diameter = faster than what your speedo says
smaller than stock diameter = slower than what your speedo says
