Man, I guess you should never let a kid behind the wheel of an SUV if he grew up in sports cars. My aunt is in town and rented an Explorer for the week. Tonight I drove it on our way to dinner and almost missed a left turn. Long story short, I had it on two wheels!

That ish was scary... I didn't really realize what was going on until I felt the "thump" when the two wheels went back down. I wouldn't have thought twice about that corner in my Celi either. spineyes

I know how you feel. When I drove my wifes 4Runner I forgot how good the brakes are on the Celica, and I almost rear ended a car!

Hey RevMonster, I noticed that your Sig has The Used in it! My friend is in a band here in Utah and I guess that is where The Used is from, anyway's he said they are going to open for them next week and he said he party's with them all the time and he wants me to go hang out with them.
Just an observation, so if you ever come to Utah I can hang out with you and we can party with them!

Ha ha, that's really funny. I'm glad no one got hurt. There was a streetracing video i saw once where a bunch of guys took a brand new SUV and abused it and stuff like jumping it through the air. I don't like SUV's because all the middle aged people who drive them think it makes them better than everyone else because they're higher up. [Linked Image]

my parents mini-van. ive experienced how you guys feel when i first drove the car after not driving it for a long time, you know driving fast or maybe just 25mph and wanna make a right on the street. well tried that, and when you move the wheel less than an inch you feel ur car going like a frickin block of rock and doesnt move. gotta brake hard and make the turn. it pisses me off the most when i drive that car on the streets and noone gives you way. cant do shit.

What I realy hate is those people driving SUV's thinking they are driving a Celica. And I don't mean those here. I mean those "soccer moms" driving like it's a race car. Other than that, I sometimes drive a 2000 Accord and it seems like I'm driving a truck going to make a pickup or delivery. I sometimes take turns way to fast in that shit box.
