well i was driving then all of a sudden i see this truck with there emergency lights on.. and then all of a sudden this cop comes out of nowhere in front of the truck and points at me and points to the side.. i was like holy crap where did he come from?! well anyway his motocop bike was in front of the truck so i didnt see it.. anyway i got a 41mph on a 35mph zone.. what kinda ticket is that? LMAO whatever..

man i got a ticket for a headlight being out, he could just warned me but was being a asshole , he made ne get out of the car and checked it and everything all for a headlight being out.Thats not it,when i went to check my headlight i saw it was out so i hit the top of it and the light turned back on and i showed him and he said " well it was out when i pulled you over" BITCH!

There are a couple of things you could say. If there were cars around, you could say he clocked the other cars instead of you. Radar only picks up the fastest velocity, it doesn't tell which cars doing what speed if there's a group. You could also bring up calibration. Radar guns have a +/- 5mph accuracy to them, so that's an idea. Ask when the gun was last calibrated. Hope that helped.

First I hate cops also; however go to court ask to speak to the prosecutor, tell him its only six miles over theres no way this could be proven, then offer to plead guilty to a no point moving violation.
You will still pay a fine but you won;t get any points.
This could be big. I know when I lived in jersey I accumulated 43 points in 2 years. Needless to say this cost me a fortune.

check your states laws.
In maryland, there HAS to be a 7 mph difference, because it is assumed there is a +/- 4mph difference in the speedometer, and a +/- 3mph in the detection device.

If its less then 9 over, then correct me if im wrong but it will be dropped in court if you have to go to court. If you dont have to go to court, go talk to the DA. He'll prolly laugh about it.
Insurance wont find out about it due to it being less then 9mph over.

a cop has the right to give you a ticket for exceeding a mile. i know it is fucked up, but they have the right. if i were u, i would go to court, if he doesnt show up then ur lucky. as for the headlight not working, im sorry bro but tahts fucked up. you should have fought for it a little harder
