hi everyone. One of the forum users is offerin me his injen cai for about 140. do you think these scratches would affect the perfomance? thanks.

No won't hurt the performance. Just buff and polish with some all metal polish/cleaner, like mothers, in straight lines, not circles with a micro-fibre rag. Or take a Dremel to it and buff the shit out of it. This all for looks granted.
