yes, the stock plastics are only marginally heavier than the Carbon Fiber pieces. I may weigh them before I put them on and compare the two just to satisfy my own curiosity, however it is definitely more for show...

the carbon fiber peice for the fusebox looks flat, whereas the oem has the hook, so does that peice just fit right over the whole fuse box!! If it doesnt, then how does it latch on with no hook. And if it does, what other piece fits over and doesnt replace the whole thing??
