i usually put 89 gas in my car but last night i put 87 and i do not like it very much seems like it does not have as much push. (could be just me tho) Is there away for me to tell? another thing would that be bad if i put 89 again next time i fill my tank up?

No, you won't have a problem with doing that. When you fill up your tank, it will mix with whatever you have left of the lower octane fuel. I wouldn't worry, but i do suggest trying to keep it a constant raing as much as possible.
Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

don't know much about that but the car is still new...i think it just okey to use 87 as long as you change your filter once in awhile, maybe if you have old car i suggest you really need to used 89 for that...but anyway i prefer 89 its expensive but its worth it!

i know the celica gts is only supposed to take prefium fuel (the highest octane rating), not sure about what your gt should be taking. in any case, i just started using regular unleaded because gas prices just got too high (i drive a gts) for me to afford.

i usually put 89 gas in my car but last night i put 87 and i do not like it very much seems like it does not have as much push. (could be just me tho) Is there away for me to tell? another thing would that be bad if i put 89 again next time i fill my tank up? It could just be your imagination or it could be that you got some bad gas. Try another station.

(i noticed than when i put shell v-power gasoline my car ran noticeably better than what i put exxon premium unleaded in) a drop in octane ratings does equal a drop in performance. 2 octane points should only barely be noticeable though.

The difference you've noticed may be ascribed rather to the fuel additives that certain stations use (such as shell), as opposed to the octane rating, in and of itself.
