brake fluid just pop ur hood, find the cap that says "brake fluid" & fill to the line. pads are easy to replace. unless your rotors are damaged all yoou should need to purchase are pads. go to tirerack.com and purchase "green pads"...all 4 shouldnt cost more than $100

speed is right, but add fluid to the brake reservoir after your done replacing your brake pads. dont forget to pump your brake pedal before you start rolling or you'll just keep on rolling. ehehehe

Do it yourself, the first time is hard coz you have to learn how to do it. But you'll save money and quality in the long run, well save money and get more quality. Go to your local auto zone, pads are relatively cheap. For a good pair, they're 20 bucks. go to the library and check out a chilton's manual

bleeding the brake line is only if you are upgrading the brake fluid and/or trying to get bubbles out of the brake line
bleeding is where you open a tap on the calipers and bleed the brake fluid from the reservoir through the caliper
it also requires two people unless you have a bleeding kit

Oh yeah, make sure the brake pads you get matches the rotor
If you don't know, just ask the local autozone ppl
coz it's no use to pay an upgrade on the brake pads when it doesn't work well with the rotors

you can also replace the drum brake pads. it's a little more difficult to replace the pads on those because of the springs/small mechanisms involved, but once you get the experience, it's pretty straightforward.
