My back seats already have stuff on it. I have a Sony Xplode 1600 watt amp, i have it on my box, but it rattles.

Mount it in the trunk, or on the backside of your backseats. Or put it under one of the front seats.

Will it get messed up under my driver side seat? it doesnt get moved too much?

I just put my on mine on the back of my back seat, i dont think you should hide it, find an original, good looking place to mount it in the trunk! thumbsup

1600watt xplode, so I'd guess 500 wrms tops, under the seat is ok as long as there is about 2 inches of room so it can cool itself. The back of the sub box is ok as long as it is a well braced box and the amp isn't on a weakspot the the middle of the back...
