I'm fed up with this problem, because know my headlight on the passenger side is completely filled wityh condensation, and its effecting the usability of the light.

I have contacted Toyota with regard to this problem, and I'll go to bat for everyone here with this problem.

If they refuse to fix this, and it's a manufacturers defect...

I smell a class action lawsuit. thumbsdown

there is no more moisture. I had to wait till it was gone before I applied the vinyl.

i called and they will fix the problem as long as the headlight hasnt been punctured or cracked. the car must be under warranty though so for all of you that have a 00 are SOL unless you want to pay for a whole new headlight.

If you have bumper-to-bumper warranty left, you should be able to get them replaced. If you don't, good luck.

Yeah, this is fucking bullshit. I have had my passenger light replaced already once right after I bought it, and now I have the same problem again, but the car is not under warranty anymore so I am screwed. Everyone has this issue, I can't believe that they haven't done a recall on this obvious manufacturer defect. If someone decides to file a class action suit regarding this, please sign me up.

i would join if someone writes smething nice. if toyota doesnt cover it, why dont you just take the risk of baking ur headlight and then use silicone to close it and use a lot of pressure!!! and hopefully it works

I think they're pissed off [and rightfully so] because the point is that they shouldn't have to do anything - it shoudln't leak in the first place!

it worked for me...i just left my car parked with the headlights facing the sun to dry up the condensation then took the headlight out and baked them enough to melt the silicone then applied a bit more silicone and then clamped the shiz out of it...no problems so far
