Well, I heard about it and I figured whoever told me is a retard but...I stand corrected. We really do have import unmarked cars up here. I know one of the police cheifs up here and he answered to my direct question while we were having a beer, yes. The state of Vermont actually does have a import unmarked cop car. And guess what it is? 1998 Toyota Celica GT-4. Just so happens that this cop had one brought over. He had the crazy idea of running it as an unmarked (started as a joke, then a bet on whether he could get it legally done) and then he worked a deal. The state bought the car, legally owns it. And now we have it. I still thought he was jerking my chain (because he knows about my love for Celica) but what do I know, last week I'm cruising down the highway and here is this really badass looking celica sitting behind a riced civic, blue lights flashing and an officer in uniform standing at the door of the Civic. I dropped my jaw. Almost ran someone into the gaurdrail when I stared in my rear view... Man, I wish I had a camera...it's make a great picture for and OWNED image.
I STILL can't beleive it. OMG the Celica is so cool.
Sometimes I just sit in the garage staring at this beautiful wolf, doing nothing, just admiring it. Life feels gooood when you have a Celica in your garage.
lol. yeah but this ain't cali. This is hickville vermont. lol. and it was a celica...and one you can't GET here. score one for smart thinking to the cops.

Here in Cali most of the cool under cover cars are siezed in drug raids I see no problem with that at all.
All of those type cars, turn into "DARE" cars here, they put a whole bunch of decals/vinal on them, showing the dare dog, and dare lettering, some even have flashing lights, though they are not "real" cop cars
