Anybody know a good site where I can get some really deep dish wheels? It would be great if the site was in english but it doesn't matter. If there are none here in the U.S. I can get a custom offset right to where they have a big fat lip.I've tried on google but haven't came up with nothin.
The Works that you posted cost $450 each, but they look very nice. I saw that car in person, had a conversation with the owner. He's a nice guy, but he crashed that car. he has a pink (yes, pink) 240/180SX with the S15 front and a Bomex bodykit. It looks neat.
Those kind of wheels with all that negative offset look great, but I don't think it's easy or possible to do that with a Celica. I always thought that it could severley affect your cars handling. This explains it better> Offset [etddiscounttire.com]
also, those suggestions really aren't true deep dish wheels--deep dish wheels are wheels with a negative offset.
but in any case, deep dish wheels are pretty impractical for fwd cars anyway, so thats not really what your looking at. what your thinking of is more a 3 piece wheel with a lip--slightly positive offset.
deep dish wheels are found on most older rwd cars (most newer rwd cars come with positive offsets) and on drifting cars.
