I was looking through the galley and was unable to find any pictures of taillight conversions. I'd assume it would be pretty difficult to convert the taillights on a Celica because of the shape, any suggestions on which taillights to convert to?

i've seen a celica with lexus is300-like tailights (with the inner set of taillights on the hatch itself and the outer pair where the original taillights are)

it looked allright..but i still think the only neat thing about it was that it was something other than stock. look-for-look i still prefer the stocks.

yea, i haven't seen too many tail-light conversions that looked decent.
supra conversions are everywhere, civics, integras etc etc, but i would prefer stock taillights, the 03's are the best imo.

These custom built tails use Lexus IS300 trunk lights with a logic module that permits the brake, turn and running lights to function using the stock two-filament bulbs. The reverse light is a custom-made 35-watt mr16 unit. Tails Page [valentino.ms]

That's interesting. Does anyone have any suggestions about what other taillights would make a good fit within the Celica?

i think that the is 300 conversion is the way to go. because the celica tail lights are shaped unlike any other. the tail lights that eval had showed look good too.

I think he doesn't advertise more because it takes him so much time to handcraft each piece.

yes, and apparently he said that, due to cost constrictions, most consumers will not be interested...
