what is the best way to incress the low-end torque on the celica gt (2000) what parts add the best or is the best way to do a port and polish and buy an ecu

if weather permits (no chances of hydrolocking) then an aem cai would be a start (best with torque but injen is very close). trd exhaust has done well on the dynos. a trd jdm header is another way to go. with more money you can go with a turbo (may be some turbo lag) or supercharger (more immediate response=torque).
