I'm gonna put it like this...ever since I got my kit I've noticed a lot of necks getting broken...know wat I mean?

i see more chicks driving celicas around here, but it isn't necessarily a "chick's" car, it depends on color, what you do to it...things like that.

a chick car is like a bug, or focus...something like that.

i live in so cal so i see a lot of hot chicks driving it, ive seen only three old people drive that car so who cares, it thinks its a bonus if a girl likes your car.

i noticed 8 out of 10 celicas are silver auto GT by girls...

1 out of those 10 silver gt autos is ME (a guy).

The GTS is no chick car in my opinion my girl friend dont evan dears to push my GT to the red line

I don't see any chicks with modded celicas around here. I've only seen like 5 with aftermarket parts and they all carry the XY gene pair. This car isn't in the same class as Eclypses (the true chick sports car).

i think they call it a chick's car because it is so small... my dad thinks it's a girl's car...

Personally, before I bought my celica I thought they were chic cars. I hadnt seen any modded celicas around and had always seen girls driving them. But when I saw mine, I fell in love with it. Any guy that calls it a chick car hasnt driven in one (gts). Friends that I've taken out in it think its clean and fast as hell, and the girls flock to it. So is it a chick car? It definately can be. But I think the person makes the car. Also, I've never had anyone call my car a chick car after they've seen my tailights.

My opinion:

Any Auto Celica= Girl Power

GT= Girl Power

GTS (manual)= Penis Power

I'm a girl and I have a GTS (manual). But I'm like the only girl around town that has a GTS. Most Celicas around here are just a GT, and I usually see chicks driving them.
Honestly...I think they are a unisex car. I know I'd go for a guy driving a Celica.

There is the term "boy-racer" that has been used to describe the seventh gen. and to determine whether or not it's a "chick's" car how about we just see how many males are in ratio to females on this board, and any other Celica board, because the people who are enthusiastic about it are the only one's I care about..which would include every single member that is part of this board and other Celica boards/communities.

Now, the Miata is most commonly described as a girls car, but some of those cars are pretty damn nice.

i do think it's kinda a girly car without mods but who gives a shit. Mine also attracts many girls. gotta love that.

ummmmm...i see a lotta old granny's driven stock round here...but the modded ones are mostly guys

There's an old dude in my complex who drives a GTS Stick.. More power to him, he's in his 60's easily.. then you have my roommmate who opted for the Silver GT Auto

i am also a girl with a GTS... there aren't many celicas period around here.. but the only other GTS's i've seen have girl owners... not that that has anything to do with anything... i'm just saying... power has nothing to do with it... i LOVE power... and i LOVE lift...

anyway... i agree with "the celica is a chick's car if a girl buys it"... and that works the opposite way too
