How do you ajust the height on the adjustable coilovers?

you get the two wrenches that are suppose to come with them & you just start turning the aluminum ring thingies On mine, I think, if I turn them clock wise it raises the car & vice versa.

you mean the lower brackets? on the flex ones? um . . .

but those brackets don't do anything but hold the spring at the height you want them at

pillow bolt and damping force were the two things that control it on the flex coilovers, no?

I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking

you just twist those rings to adjust the height of the car. The lower you set the rings the lower your car will be. Dampening & pillow bolt have nothing to do with adjusting the height.

while the car is resting on the shocks?

Hmmmm then what are the damping and bolt for?

do you have coilovers like Taanabe & Tein or do you have the sleeve type coilover?

tein has the "flex" model. if that's what you have then you can adjust the height while the car is lifted. i can adjust my b&g while the tire is on or off (easier off). just turn the spanners(name?) opposite from each other and vice versa to go the other way. use your included hook spanners.

tein flex
