since Dec. of 2003 my brother and I had this junked 240 sx that we wanted to make our project car, and turn into a silvia. sof far work has been slow since we so busy but here's a pic on the progress so far. it's got a number of JDM parts waiting to be put in like twin Bride seats, Nardi steering wheel, Nismo engine and tranny mounts etc.
hey thanks for the compliments guys, I've seen a lot of "sil-eiggty" conversions lately and yes it's is becoming a trend but we've been searching for the right car since late 2002. Just never came around to getting one till we got this car free. We still have to hook the engine up though, right now it's gonna be a regular KA but only time will tell if we get an SR20DET, also looking into an RB26
oh all the parts for this car were imported by myself and my brother on our recent trip to japan. and as for installation we do that ourselves, wouldn't be fun otherwise. I do know that Superior Nissan has an excellent parts dept. though, they have S15 headlights, S13 headlight/taillights, and JDM badges all new. very nice things there.
I have a friend that is doing the same swap. He just bought the 240sx a few days ago. It will be pretty cool. He should have it done by the end of the summer!
right now the car is maroon, and the conversion parts are blue. we're still deciding on the new color, but it's gonna be real nice. too bad it'll never beat my car, ever.

yea stock ka will lose to the celi put that sr20det in and it will be a mild-beast.
even if it had an SR motor i'd still leave his ass. celica is just too fast for you!! j/k i really don't care about staight line, i like autocross where skill really counts.
whoa!!!! kim's got a new toy... nice kim! you bringing that over to F-1 on saturday?
naw not my toy, it really my bro's. It doesn't run yet but it's gonna be real nice when it does. Just found out the tranny was damaged internally so a new one has to be dropped in and the engine reconnected. Tooo much work!!!
