how its done:

clean the area first, a must.

lets talk about the first "C" on the car (all the other letters will be done the same way).

Spray down the C on the car with the soapy water (dish soap), while wet place the C decal on. Use a q-tip to move it into place, now hit it with the hair dryer on hot.

While the dryer is blowing on it smooth it out with the q-tip until it starts to take the shape of the body (you will se the edges start to sink in), rub it down with the cloth and your done.

The soapy water keeps it from sticking to the body until its pushed out. The hair dryer softens the glue and the vinyl for a perfect bond.

I used a credit card to push out the bubbles, but I suppose q-tips would work grin

Good point. My is vinyl and it looks perfect, even if I do say so myself. Just takes time and patience to get it right. thumbsup

wish someone had told me this before I put mine in. they look okay, but they were a pain to put in, and if you look close you can see some flaws.
