ight im taking my current sub n amp out right now for my tinting appointment tomorrow... is it bad if i still listen to my cd player or radio with those wires just leading to the trunk and not hooked up to newhere.. or does it not matter?

yeah just put electrical tape on all the separate cables, especially the 12v power cable from the battery. The groung doesn't matter, oh yeah, also make sure you tape up the 12v remote turn on wire (typically blue). It has 12v running to it when you turn on your radio.

Not a problem, as long as you tape the ends off, just like the post above states.
