what do I need to run 14.9 - 15.0 n/a on the quarter mile on a gt?
my best time is 15.8 @85 with just custom exhaust
does I need to open the engine to run that time?

I'd unbolt your exhaust and invest in an Intake at the very least.

ok but just with Intake and puleys I'll not run 15.0 what else should I do?

the exhaust isnt gonna do anything unless the air is coming in at a faster rate. get an Intake and headers. also think about weight reduction
a kid told me that celicas handle like crap... i laughed

I've seen GTs timed at 15.2 with I/H/E and probably some good tires, and maybe an SS.

what kind of custom exhaust you got? get the kazuma,aem cai,trial headers,ur pulleys,drag radials,flywheel and act 6 puck clutch,lose the pass.seat and all that stuff in the back. i dont know if you can drive all that but,if you cant speed shift second dont try it,but do it 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to fourth.you should be able to pull high 14s deep 15s if you are not like 300 lbs

I weight about 130, my exhaust is a cheap generic one, in the shifting I think Im good cause I ran 15.8 in Puerto Rico (tropical weather). thanks guys for the recomendations
