some gas had gotten spilled all over my driver side door.. i tried to wash it off. but some seems to stay there.. will it stay there for a while??.. will it go away soon?? do i keep washin it?? please help.. my car is white and the stain is noticable.. thanks.. :-)

i had gas on mine also but it came right off? confused

Ummmm. That shouldn't happen. How long did you let it sit before you started washing? Hopefully not to long. I hear that over a little time it can hurt your paint...

rinse it off with water. soap and water. hose it down. not good to let it dry by itself. you might not notice a difference, but it actually damages the paint as time passes.

^^^^^ if that doesnt work, just poor more gas on... gas gets gas off right? you wont know if its the first coat of gas or the second...but you will know it was the gas then...

the gas,if it has been on there for a while and its turned a brownish or rust kinda color,you are going to have to get it waxed off.
let it sit for a while and rub it out with a clean white cloth.

WHAT???? You are sick Brandon. It's windy as hell and I got seceral inches of snow and my driveway is almost drifted shut. Isn't it snowing in Meadville?
BTW>>>the gas will come off if you use a good cleaner wax. It is a petroleum product like your paint and the two like each other and is hard to get off. It won't hurt your paint unless you leave it on for a long time---plus you have clearcoat.
