i don't really know what happened, or when, or how, but i believe i am about to trade in my celica for a z...is there a cure for my affliction or am i terminal?
I want a Z bad. Either that or the G35 Coupe. I love the Celica too man but I know I can't afford both cars. So if I had to choose, I'd get the Z over the Cellie. But for now I'm poor so I'll stay with my Celica. One day when the grass is greener (by December hopefully) I wanna get a G35 Coupe or Z. Go for it man. I'm happy for you...and sad for me...
i've got the money for the z, but i originally didn't want it. now my neighbor backed into the side of my celica and its getting fixed...i was out to eat and walked past a z 2 days ago in the parking lot and me and the gf both were thinking the same thing...gotta have it...now its all thats been on my mind...
well i guess you dont have a kit for ur car, cause i think stock z's and other stock cars look better then the celica sometimes just stock, but when you put a kit on a celi and do it right well we all know who prevails. and i dont care which car is faster. only the cops do
Work like you really dont need the money Love like you have never been hurt before Dance like no one is watching.
The Z's are nice.. no doubt. I sure wouldn't mind if someone walked up and threw me the keys. And depending on the 8th Gen it might be my next car when its time to get rid of the Celi. [but that is still a long ways away]
The 350Z is nice, but it's quite a bit more than the celi, especially the GT. It's more for insurance, uses more, premium gas, and overall, is just a more costly car to maintain.
Man, the Z and Celica is a hard decision. Too me, though I love the Z, I like the celicas looks a tad more. I know a Z would blow a GTS away, but I dunno. My first choice is still a Celica.
Congrats on the soon to be new car. I almost bought a Z too, I didn't because insurance costs & I was trading in a vehicle and the loss was too great.. it was going to be like paying $60 000 Canadian for what should have been a $50 000 Canadian or so car. Instead I paid over $40 000 for the Celica (which isn't as bad because with for a GTS it's about $39xxx Cnd.)

not to mention the tire feathering problems and tranny issues.

I don't think you wanna go there; the celica has a ton of "issues"
celica, z, g35. there all good cars, but think twice to sell one to get another. a pic between these cars is very confusing, cz they all look nice and you just want them all at once. remember, celica has that unique agressive look, z is 2 seater(meaning more insurance) and g35 leans more to sporty luxury. theres always a limit you cant push ur car more than that, so you cant really drive faster. and remember, is it gonna be worth the extra speed that ur celica doesnt currently have. is it worth the 10,000? if its looks, then different story. go check out some reviews, test drive them both, and good luck
