yes it does restart it back at 0 but that would be a felony. You MUST, I repeat, you MUST have a Toyota technician do this install or else you would be committing a felony.
mine was set at 0. Unfortunately, not only does the speedo read in kmph, but the odometer COUNTS in kilometers. You have to do a conversion to see how many miles you're actually putting on the car with the cluster installed.
yeh i wouldnt try and leave it at zero or lie on the mileage its crazy how many different places the milaege has been written down before. i wouldnt try it!
