I saw some fog lemps have blue LED around,
is it illegal if I turn on the LED things while I am driving?
Also, Can I install fog lemps like when I turn on low beam, it would turn on,too.
Because my inside dont have enough place for another switch.

I don't think that there is any jurisdiction about fog lamps pretty much everywhere because i see like HID fogs, yellow fogs, all kinds of things. I think that you'd be alright with the leds on. Worst comes to worse, if an officer pulls you over for it, tell him that you had no idea, and maybe he'll give you just a warning.
Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

i know in ca if you have any red or blue lights in the front of your car you can get pulled over. so be cautious..
