I got a speeding and exhaust ticket back in January. The speeding ticket was for going 55 in a 45 zone, which was really a 55 zone. I had a court appointment this morning and the officer did not come so charges were dropped and I get my bail back! Thank god for America

congrats steven. I'm in the process of handling a ticket too, i asked for a trial by declaration but they never sent me the papers 2 months after i sent the payment, bastards!
so i had to pick them up myself just waiting on the verdict.

yeah, taking it to court room is best though, lazy police don't show up half the time, especially when they realize they are wrong but don't wanna admit it to your face!

what about for a no front license plate ticket (fix it ticket) is it worth going. What if i show up to court and the cop does show up do i just pay or how does it work??

then again The judge knows my family.
