By putting the splash guard on the Injen RD CAI, does this restrict the airflow to the filter and hurt power, or does it not make a difference? Thanks.

the splash guard on a CAI will help reduce any chance of water being "splashed" onto the air filter from driving through a puddle, wheel kicking water, etc ...

it will not hurt performance
