Three friggin years without a ticket and I get one right before my insurance was about to go down for three years driving experience. But that's not even the worst part... my Celi is IMPOUNDED. I have a friggin automatic GTS and I manage to get cited for wreckless driving and have the car taken for 30 days. I was only going 75. And the friggin Civic that I was racing just got away. Kept right on going. Cop didn't even try pulling him over.

Did they have a reason for impounding your car (except for speeding)? That's not right. My friend got a ticket for going 80 on the freeway and that's it. Hope you get your car back sooon!

My friend got a street racing ticket, and lost his car/license for 30 days, spent 3 days in jail and got dropped from his insurance.

Good luck with this, if nothing else you will learn to keep it at the track.

I never understoof why people street race on the biggest roads. Go on a backroad, makes more sense

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...Get a friggin lawyer to ammend it for you.

You may have to go to some sort of driving class, but it will be worth it in order to keep your insurance company from finding out. Also, since it's your first offense, might as well call the prosecutor yourself and try and strike a deal.

Worked for me the first time I got a ticket, but for all the other ones after that, I had to have an attorney ammend them for me.

if ur insurance price is gonna go higher than 300$, you can clear it another way so it doesnt go through ur record and ur insurance price will drop
