Its just the trunk cover.. comes down over your trunk to hide whatever you might have back there so that any passer by wont be tempted to steal your stuff. My car came with one... Just try a Toyota dealer. Shouldn't be too expensive.. its just plastic with a little carpeting.

thats what ive been calling it...trunk cover thingy. i want to just have a flat piece with no cutouts for the speakers. i also want to refabricate it...along with the rest of my car...but i was hoping i didnt have to go to the dealership...the one here is pricy...always bend you over.

I've always called it a tonneau cover, or however you spell it.
