i have a rockford fostgate 551 amp which is like 550 watts and i was wondering if anybodie had an idea what kinda sub woofer can i run with that and at how many watts whether it be one 10", one 12", two 10"s or two 12"s thanx

u gotta find out if thats rms watts or peak. if you dont know multiply the fuse on the amp by about 13 for the voltage in your car. If its any more than 400 watts go for the 12s if you want them, i really like 10s in a celica though

it depends on your price range cause I can think of atleast 25 different subs for that amount of power...

even if its 550 watts peak..that means you should have at the very least over 400 watts rpms (although it is rockford fosgate  , sorry). you can run a 12" easy, imo
