What's the deal with this omega cheap ass chip?

I'm sure this is garbage for some reason, I'd just like to know what that reason is...

my 2 cents: don't get it. the only 'chip' i recommend anyone buying is the apexi power fc. not cheap (around 1500 msrp), but still well worth it
