this guy sells them on ebay, but right now the only auction up is for red. e-mail him and ask for whatever color you want.

Judging by the signature overlay on the ebay pics SwiftCelGTS provided this is the same source, just not through ebay. I have never done business with this website, so I can't vouch for them in that respect, but they do have a wide selection of accent type pieces for us Celica owners. Good luck and hope this helps.

shouldn't be too hard if you use a small-tip brush or even a nail polishing tip.

yeah, i was planning on masking it all, and using nailpolish tip for smaller areas
